Mandy Walker

Mandy Walker became Chief Audit Executive for the Arkansas State University System in 2022.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Auditor, Internal Audit Practitioner, and is working toward her Certified Information Systems Auditor license. She serves on the Arkansas State Society of CPA’s Audit and Accounting Committee, the Institute of Internal Auditors-Arkansas Chapter Board, and volunteers for the Kickstarter program and AI committee with the Association of College and University Auditors (ACUA).

Mandy has over 20 years of experience in government accounting and auditing, including conducting numerous forensic investigations. Her career highlights include serving as Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville, owning a CPA practice specializing in government audits, and working for the Arkansas Legislative Audit.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Arkansas State University.
