Managing Your Retirement Savings

The Arkansas State University System has added some enhancements that are designed to provide you with more flexibility when contributing to your retirement account.

The following enhancements are available as of Dec. 10, 2025:

• Online enrollment and salary deferral. You can enroll in the plan and make changes to your contributions online at TIAA.org/ASUSystem.
• Self-directed automatic increases. You can set up self-directed automatic increases for your contributions to help build your savings faster. You set the amount of the increase, the frequency and when to start and stop it.

These new features can help you save more for retirement. If the timing is not right for you, you can opt out, change or stop your contributions. Visit TIAA.org/ASUSystem to log in. Click Account and select Manage contributions.
