- Children (live birth to 6 months): $1,000
- Children (6 months to age 19, or up to age 25 if a full-time student): $2,000

Optional (Supplemental) Life Insurance
Employees also have the option to purchase additional term life insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents.
Employee Optional Life Coverage:
- Purchase in increments of $25,000
- Premiums are age-based and increase as you get older
- Coverage amounts reduce at ages 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, and 90
Spouse Optional Life Coverage:
- Available only if you purchase additional coverage for yourself
- Premiums are based on your age

Child Optional Life Coverage:

Please note: An employee cannot be covered as a spouse or dependent on any dependent or supplemental life policy.
