Megan Gross

Executive Assistant to the President & Executive Secretary to Board

Megan Gross serves as the Executive Assistant to the President and Executive Secretary to the Board of Trustees for the Arkansas State University System. She provides high-level administrative support, facilitates communication across system institutions and external constituents, and helps ensure the effective coordination of board operations and presidential initiatives.

Prior to joining the ASU System in April 2025, she spent two years at the University of West Georgia (UWG) as the Digital Content Strategist, where she oversaw the university’s social media presence and led digital communication initiatives across the institution. A two-time alumna of UWG, she earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications with an emphasis in public relations and a master’s degree in digital and social media communications.

With a background rooted in strategic communication and organizational support, Megan is passionate about fostering connection, efficiency, and professionalism in higher education.
